Frequently asked questions

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be created and ready to be shipped. During holidays or busier weeks, our processing times may change due to demand.

Currently we are shipping to the United States and now Canada! We plan on shipping to more countries in the near future.

Yes, once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information.


Your order can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition. If your items meet these conditions, then you will be refunded in full minus shipping charges to your original payment method or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: All personalized items, gift cards, and sale items are final. We also can not accept returns on international orders.

Unfortunately we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or if you would prefer a different print, please refer to our return policy and place a new order for the items you would like.

All of our products can be machine washed cold and air dried.

All of our products are proudly handmade in-house in Los Angeles, California.

We recommend the following:

If you live in an apartment or condominium complex, please check with your building's office. Usually, the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox.

USPS sometimes scans a package as 'delivered' before the package was delivered. We recommend checking with your neighbors just in case it's accidentally delivered to them.

If your package does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to look into it.

Please Note: Woof Craft is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by USPS. We ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and are not responsible for packages if the address was entered incorrectly. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

When you see a product with the Pre-Order badge, it means we either need to sew a new batch or we are currently restocking our fabric. Once we get the item back in stock, we will ship out your order ASAP. Restocking can take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks.

Please Note: If you purchase a pre-order item and an item in-stock, we ship all of your items once the pre-order item is available. We recommend creating separate orders if you need your in-stock item earlier.
